When there is deviation in the design, we will communicate with the customer in time. After confirmation, we will save the parameters and tolerance requirements that need to be controlled in the drawing in our database before the price evaluation for direct call by subsequent production and quality inspection staff. 4.Material control, batch management, design linkage:
A large number of basic data such as chemical composition and tensile strength standards of spring wires of various brands are preset in the raw material management system of Zihuolli Spring. When our materials are warehoused, the chemical composition and tensile strength information on the material report will be entered into the system. The system will compare the data with the material standard, and if the standard is exceeded, the warehouse will be prompted to isolate automatically.
